and apps that are fun to use. These are not only fun but help to regenerate our
brain cells also. We can try a different mind game daily our brain power points
to challenge our mind to keep it fresh.

sharp. For example, let’s do it stimulating our senses, joining a club, focusing
on details, listing music etc.
