They added that so many peoples are expecting unrealistic that these foods can make them free of difficult health problems like chronic diseases. The marketers put 1/2 nutrients dense foods that the consumers can see in the top, but the rest of other is a poor dietary supplement and eating more of these type of food can make your expectation wrong and incomplete of your nutrients.

Dark chocolates are recommended to eat for health benefits, but the ingredients on them such as fat and sugar can increase the calories. So, the recent researches have suggested avoiding eating more dark chocolate, because they can overshoot with required calories and it can make extra weight, the root of obesity!
